A fifty-story union passenger station, designed by Ernest R. Graham, to house the facilities of fifteen railroads using terminals in the south side of Chicago, Illinois. The proposed building was the chief unit in the Chicago Plan Commission's project for development of the area between Michigan Avenue, Outer Drive, Wacker Drive, and Randolph Street.
