Poems written 1993-1994. Mimeographed reproductions of typescript, drawings, and decorative borders on individual leaves of mostly coarse brown papers; illustrated title pages on white bond; decorated paper cutouts suggesting playing cards are mounted on single leaves of black and moss green tissue paper and on folded final leaf. Stapled at left margin and glued to brown paper wrappers. Wrappers are illustrated with a wraparound collage of red, black, white, and brown papers of various textures decorated with mimeographed and hand-painted drawings and a small piece of cord; some moveable parts. Part of a collection of handmade books, most with cords for hanging (literatura de cordel), published by Ediciones Vigía under the auspices of the Cuban Ministry of Culture.
