The Jim Cash and Jack Epps Jr. Collection, 1978-1991

Writing partners and MSU alumni Jim Cash and Jack Epps, Jr. co-authored numerous successful screenplays, including Legal Eagles, Top Gun, Dick Tracy, The Secret of My Success, and Turner & Hooch. The partnership ended with the death of Jim Cash in 1999. Jack Epps, Jr., who donated the collection in 2004, lives in California where he teaches at the USC Film School. The collection is part of the Michigan Writers Collection.
