IMLS Connecting to Collections Bookshelf at MSU

In 2008, Michigan State University was selected to be a recipient of the IMLS Connecting to Collections Bookshelf. The resources this collection contains will serve as a permanent library to help provide instruction for creating the optimal environment and care necessary for important collections housed here at Michigan State University. It contains books and other resources that have been gathered by experts in and across the varied fields of Conservation and Preservation of resources valued by researchers and scholars, as well as a User’s Guide and a Guide to Online Resources.

It is hoped that this collection of resources will be sought after and used by many; not only within the University Community but across the State of Michigan in an effort to create a collaborative statewide plan to address the recommendations of the Heritage Health Index.

For a complete listing of the titles contained in this collection please see: http://www.imls.gov/collections/bookshelf/biblio.htm
