The MSU Libraries' Publishing Services offers on-demand printing, interior layout and cover design assistance, book design training, and one-on-one consultations. Library publishing services are available to everyone, including faculty, students, staff, and the general public. We print interior pages and a cover, bind them together, and trim them to your desired book size, creating library-quality paperback books. In addition to paperback books, Publishing Services staff can print staple-bound booklets and can also bind supplied loose pages.
Whether you are looking to print a portfolio or a cookbook, a thesis or a memoir, public domain titles or open access documents, Publishing Services at the MSU Main Library can turn your electronic file into a physical book. Do you want a quick proof copy of your manuscript or dissertation? During a scheduled appointment, your book can be printed in about 30 minutes if your files are ready and formatted for printing.
