Office Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm. Please schedule an appointment to guarantee availability. HR staff are available to meet via Zoom, Teams, phone, and in-person by request. HR staff will be working in-person on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm each week. While appointments are encouraged, the front office door will be open if at least one HR staff member is available. Please feel free to stop in.

Appointments may be made by directly contacting the LHR staff member that you would like to meet with or by contacting LIB.MSULHR@msu.edu.

Student and Temp/On-call hiring appointments should be scheduled at least one day in advance by contacting LIB.MSULHR@msu.edu.


The Libraries Human Resources office is located in the Main Library building across the street from Beaumont Tower and along the banks of the Red Cedar River. Inside the building you will find us on the 1st floor in the west wing of the Main Library in room W107, across from the cafe.
