What we're saving on one star boarder we're losing on the other
At a dinner scene, a large man (state governments) is holding a piece of pie (increased taxes) in one hand while he reaches for the steak (what the government leaves) on Uncle Sam's plate. The table (taxpayer's boarding house) is already full of dishes (taxes), including some on the floor (waste), as a waiter (tax-payer) approaches carrying two more dishes (more taxes).
