Sketches of the news

Four scenes from the news depict a variety of topics. The G.O.P. elephant holds his head after getting hit by a brick (Reed), referring to Missouri's Senator James Reed. A bent-over man (old grad) walks in circles muttering, "Ugh!! What a punk team my college has this year!" A nurse (Angel of Peace) runs between two cradles (Balkans and Mexico) with crying babies, carrying a bottle of medicine across the globe. A bespectacled man wearing a bowler hat holds a rake and complains, "O, my hip!" as he tries to rake leaves (doctor bills, Fall bills, fur coat, clothing bill, school bills, fuel bill, light bills, bill..). He carries a large set of papers (family pocket book) in his back pocket.
