Two panels point to the absurdity of "family entrances" for saloons since they're not seen as reputable business where an entire family would venture in. The first panel depicts a family, including children, going into a saloon. While a second panel depicts business such as the grocery, druggist, and furniture store with screen doors like those of the saloon.
