Michigan Writers Series

Michigan Writers Series Audio Gallery

The Michigan Writers Series recognizes and highlights the literary work of important writers who live and work in Michigan. Hosted by the MSU Libraries, the series features individual Michigan writers for an evening of readings and discussion with their audience. The readings, which are free and open to the public, take place throughout the academic year in the Library. Visit the events page for details. The Michigan Writers Series also supports and complements the Michigan Writers Collection.

With the writer's permission, the reading, discussion, and a short interview is recorded and made available worldwide on the Internet. Over one hundred authors are currently available for listening.

The complete (1999-present) recordings are avalable via the MSU Libraries Catalog. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us.
