Primary Clientele
- Over 7,500 students in the Broad College of Business (undergraduates and graduate students) as of Fall 2021, the largest college at MSU
- Over 170 faculty in the Broad College of Business
- We also serve the Department of Advertising & Public Relations and their over 1,400 students and 30 professors and instructors and the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations

- Over 5 million visitors since opening in 1997
- Group study room and collaborative technology lab reservations exceed 14,000 with 90% filled/booked in 2018/19
- Items checked out: over 8000 in 2018/19
- InterLibrary Loans: over 1000 filled in 2018/19
