Temblor bajo la piedra Edición especial por el cumpleanos 80. de la poetisa. Text and drawings on coarse brown paper on individual leaves, stapled on left margin glued to brown paper wrappers. The cover is decorated with a collage of a broken arrow and a drawing of a large red apple, which reveals a naked woman's body, when lifted. The covers are tied down with black woolen yarn holding the folded front and back flaps together. Part of a collection of two hundred numbered, handmade books, most with cords for hanging or tying the covers, published by Ediciones Vigía under the auspices of the Cuban Ministry of Culture.

Typescript with decorative borders and drawings mimeographed on coarse brown and white paper, with green tissue-paper endpapers, stapled and glued to brown paper wrappers. The accordion book One-of-a-kind artist's book made from a vintage accordion with the trade name Fratelli Giovanni, Torino, Accordion Italiana and in smaller letters, Made in Germany. The keys appear to be made from mother-of-pearl and the case has a floral design. The bellows have been slit open and fitted with sheets of paper carrying the book's content. This book was made by Peter & Donna Thomas in February of 2010. The images, collected over the years, were printed on Peter's handmade paper & hand-colored by Donna. The text was written by Peter, & hand-written in the accordion book by Donna. Before being purchased by the MSU Libraries, this book was exhibited at the Kalamazoo (Michigan) Book Arts Center in April 2010.

The McGinley Paper Company sample book of faults is a collection of faults collected anonymously over a period of about a year from willing volunteers... The peacock's complaint A color Xerox book of images and text chronicling a long lasting friendship. The title side of the fan has peacock feathers, the other side has the drawings and text. The fan is fully reversing and shows the two friends swapping roles with each other. The pencil This book tells a short history of the pencil and displays vintage advertising pencils. The text was hand written and colored with pencil by Donna, then color copied on Peter's handmade paper. This book features a unique tri-fold binding, with the text hidden behind an inner cover. There is a display of 6 advertising pencils mounted in the center of the book in a dove tail jointed wooden holder made of pencil cedar. Donna executed the binding, with oasis goat leather spines and Peter's hand made paper that was printed with multiple-runs in multiple colors of in using antique wood type. -- Artists' website. The silent host = De zwigende minigte = La multitude silencieuse Edition of 300 copies. Book enclosed in machine-sewn bubble wrap package, tied with brown ribbon yarn. Bound in green cloth with mixed media affixed to p. [1] of cover; closed with thread covered elastic band with sewn red leather pull. Four forty-page booklets sewn together + four 21 x 20 cm laminated sheets + 1 loose 27 x 21 cm laminated sheet + 1 loose 20 x 5 laminate sheet (bookmark). Lists the names, death dates, locations of graves, serial numbers and decorations of 5,328 American dead and missing World War II soldiers who are memorialized at the cemetery, one of fourteen such cemeteries in Europe. Photographs on loose laminated sheet document a related installation by the artist at Rockerill Marchienne au Pont, Charleroi, Belgium, February 2008.

The veil In box (33 x 22 cm.). 'The Veil' was written and designed by Julie Chen in the fall of 2002. It was letterpress printed using a combination of photopolymer plates and collagraphic blocks on Wyndstone Marble papers, and cut using a Universal Systems Lasercutter. The binding was done by Julie Chen and Anna Sacramento at the studios of Flying Fish Press ... --Box lining paper. Produced in an edition of 100 copies, signed & numbered by the artist. This book can be displayed as a standing sculpture by curving the concertina into a circle, with all the pages facing outward, until the front and back covers touch.
