Diversity Advisory Committee
Mission
The Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC) advocates for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility throughout the Michigan State University Libraries. In collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, the Committee also promotes the visibility and inclusion of minority communities through public and internal programming, educational events, and consultation with the Executive Council. The DAC meets tri-weekly to identify and make suggestions to address bias and prejudice in the organization and to strengthen the organizational culture for diversity.
