The inside is a guide to the nutritional value of honey and how to use, store and prepare recipes with honey. There is a collection of recipes divided into Appetizers, Beverages, Breads, Fruited Honey Wedding Cakes, Cakes, Candies, Confitures, Cookies, Desserts, Meats and Vegetables, Salads, Sauces, Honey Specialties. There is an Index on the last page. On the title page is a quote from Harriett M. Grace: "If you a cook of note would be, Use honey in your recipe." There is also a poem by her in the section on Wedding Cakes. Recipes include: Honey Orange Cake, Duchess Cake, Fig Preserves, Pumpkin Chiffon Pie, and Broiled Grapefruit.
