On March 16, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed an Executive Order temporarily closing many public spaces. All academic libraries are included in this order. The Main Library is closed, but we still offer virtual services and many resources do remain available. Please see our Online and Distance Learning resource page for specific Library resources. Reference services are still available via chat and phone. We do have temporary policies for returning/renewing material.

Suggest a Recently Published MSU Faculty Book

Please use this form to report the publication of a new book or major creative work published or released in 2019 for inclusion in the MSU Faculty Book Collection.  Works included are:

  • Monographic print works authored, edited, or translated by MSU faculty/staff
  • Print or ebooks
  • Musical works
  • Films
  • First and second editions of a work
  • Open access monographic works of scholarly import published with editorial, peer review and Creative Commons (CC) licensing

We hope that you will report monographic scholarship that falls outside the criteria of the Faculty Book Collection—e.g., individual chapters, conference proceedings, third and later editions, reprints, works not commercially available, etc.—to your subject librarian.
