University Archives reading room to move to Main Library in September

Due to operational considerations, the Michigan State University Libraries will be closing the University Archives Reading Room, located in Conrad Hall, on Sept. 8, 2025.

University Archives materials will now be viewable in the MSU Main Library Murray & Hong Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room. Patrons will need to have an account in Aeon.

After establishing an Aeon account, patrons can make requests to view materials on the University Archives Appointment Information page. Please note that appointments and material requests must be made at least three (3) business days in advance.
