Gandhi, seated, with food

Now through December
Main Library, 2nd Floor, West Wing

Gandhi, famous for his non-violent protests and his role in Indian independence, incorporated his philosophies on peace and justice into every aspect of his life, including his diet. This exhibit explores Gandhi's relationship to food and the ways in which his ideas continue to align with social justice movements today.
