Stable Linking Services
MSU Libraries understands that there is a multitude of educational resources available for use by your students, as well as varying formats and modes of access to the content. It can be difficult to determine if the proposed use of a third-party selection is copyright-compliant and legal.
Additionally, as the Library’s electronic collections and offerings grow in volume, we recognize an increased demand for Stable Links to e-content – the recommended way to provide your students with direct access to Library E-Resource content. We are offering our assistance to faculty and staff.
Stable Linking Assistance to Library Content
- The most expedient way to create a Stable Link is to consult and follow our Stable Link Guide
- If you are still having difficulty, contact Reference and Discovery Services at 517-353-8700 or reachout@msu.edu for assistance
- For faculty, a librarian liaison to your department can provide troubleshooting advice, or training one-on-one or to a group
