Remembering 1968: green text on black background

Now through June 30, 2018
Main Library, 2nd Floor, West Wing

The year 1968 was one of the most tumultuous years of the 20th century, particularly for the United States, which witnessed major developments in the Vietnam War, the assassinations of two significant public figures, racial riots, anti-war protests, and a heated presidential election. This exhibit looks back 50 years at some of the landmark political and socio-cultural events.
