Print your Book or Booklet!

Ready to print? First, visit the Printing Quote page to get an estimate for the cost of your project. If your project will be paid on a university account, please contact the Publishing Services coordinator for departmental pricing.  Second, fill out our Copyright Compliance Form to confirm that you own the rights or have permission to print this work. Third, please fill out our Order Request Form to provide detailed information about your project. It may take several minutes to fill out this form depending on the complexity of your project. Finally, either schedule an appointment or submit your files to be printed.

Schedule an appointment

We can review your files with you and print your book while you wait. Scheduled appointment times are generally available weekdays between 8 and 3 for either in-person or virtual appointments. Visit the Publishing Services Bookings page to schedule an appointment with the Publishing Services Coordinator.

Please note: if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, the appointment may be cancelled. Please notify the Publishing Services coordinator at LIB.publish@msu.edu if you will be late or need to reschedule your appointment. Missing two appointments without notifying the coordinator may result in the cancellation of future appointments.

Submit Files

There are multiple ways to submit your files:

  • Email the files directly to the Publishing Services Coordinator
  • Share the files using Google Drive, Microsoft One Drive, Microsoft Teams, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or other file sharing application.
  • Submit the files via MSU File Depot
