This is a home economics manual on preparing and judging frozen desserts made with Pet Milk; desserts include sherbert and different flavors of ice cream frozen in an ice cream freezer, different flavors of ice cream frozen in a refrigerator tray, and sauces for frozen desserts.Also contains explanation of the process of evaporating milk.
