The front panel is a color lithograph drawing of a train crossing a trestle. All the train cars are marked "Quaker Oats" and "American Cereal Co." On the bottom left in small print is written, "Copyright 1893 by the American Cereal Co. (Quaker Oats)." On the bottom right in small print is written, "Armstrong & Co. Lith. Boston." The back panel is plain.
