The front panel is white, brown and orange, and has pictures of a woman holding a tray, a layer cake, a pudding or shebert glass, and a plate of ham steak and pineapple slices. At the very bottom it says "Contains Non-Maple Vegetable Extractives." The back panel says "For Flavoring" at the top, in white lettering on a brown border. Beneath are three recipes: Quick Mapleine Icing, Mapleine Sundae Sauce and Glazed Sweet Potatoes. On the side it says "Don't Overflavor - Measure Carefully." The inside unfolds to reveal a four-panel display, each with a different heading. The first heading is "Syrup" and descibes all the uses for Mapleine. The second is "For Desserts" and has two recipes for Mapleine Nut Cream and Mapleine Mousse. The third is "For Flavoring," with recipes for Marshmallow-Date Mousse, Mapleine Freeze and Cake Fillings, Frostings. The fourth heading is "For Seasoning" with recipes for Mapleine Baked Beans and Delicious Baked Ham. The two back panels say "For Syrup" with the cost savings of using Mapleine Syrup, and "For Desserts," with recipes for Mapleine Nut Bars and Stuffed Baked Apples.
