At the bottom lower left is text which reads Bulletin No. 11 and at the lower right text which reads Copyright 1931, The K.G.& B. Co. The back cover includes recipes for sour pickle syrup, sweet pickle syrup, chili sauce, piccalilli and tomato catsup. Inside, the first five pages contain information about the process of canning as well as suggestions to make the process more efficient and safe. Pages 6-9 contain time-tables for canning various kinds of foods. Pages 10-16 contain recipes for various kinds of jams, preserves and butter including combination jams.
