- The front panel of this pamphlet is styled to look like a can of soup. The title is on top, where the silver can rings show. On the "soup label" of white, blue and red it says "Heinz 57 Condensed Cream of Tomato Soup." The back panel is identical. The inside is a collection of recipes using Heinz's soups. There is a Table of Contents which organizes recipes as: First Courses; Meats,Fish and Poultry; Casseroles and One Dish Meals; Sauces and Gravies; Vegetables; Salads and Salad Dressings; Dessert. Some recipes are: Cocktail Sauce, Beef Stew, Salmon Turnovers, Boston Baked Beans, Cucumbers in Mushroom Sauce, and Baked Lima Beans.
