Description
The front cover has a red frame and background for the title. The bottom half has a wreath with a cow's head in the middle and a little Caucasian girl on one side and an African-American boy on the other side, each holding a platter with pink molded gelatine. The back cover has a two-line red frame. The back reads, "Knox Plain Sparkling Gelatine and Knox Sparkling Acidulated Gelatine, Makes Desserts, Jellies, Puddings, Salads, Ice Creams, Sherbets, Candies, etc." No page numbers.
