The front cover had the tile and is divided into three sections - salad, main dish, and vegetable or starch. The back cover has the three bands of color. The inside pages are cut into three sections to allow for mixing and matching a different salad with a meat dish and a vegetable or starch. The entree section had a table of contents for the different proteins: meats, poultry, seafood, eggs and cheese. All three sections have an index at the back. Included is a sheet of coupons for various General Foods brands.
