Ca. 1921. This item is an actual envelope of Knox Gelatine. The front of the envelope has the Knox trade mark, a wreath with a cow's head in the middle and a little Caucasian girl on one side and an African-American boy on the other side, each holding a platter with molded gelatine, with nutritional information underneath. The back has a recipes for using the Knox Gelatine.
