The front panel is white with a blue, red, and gold title. It reads, "Awarded gold medals Paris 1889, World's Columbian Exposition, 1893." There are two gold medallions on either side of a brown packaged ham and boneless ham. The back panel shows a woman in a kitchen wearing a pink dress and long white apron as she holds a ham slice in one hand and a wire grill in the other. The inside panels have promos for Swift's Premium Hams and Breakfast Bacon.
