At the bottom is a recipe for Veal Marengo. Recipes include French (Boeuf Bourgignon), Chinese (Pork Chops), Dutch (Beef Birds), German (Short Ribs with Caper Sauce), Scandinavian (Beef Stew), Italian (Chicken Italian Style) and Mexican (Chili Beef Sauce). Each of these has a small drawing depicting the country of the recipe. The back end page has an illustrated list of Mirro-Matic features: automatic pressure control, V-type self-sealing gasket, easy to open and close, automatic safety release and Mirro-Matic recipe book.
