Description: The front cover begins at the top with the title "Matilda's Proven Sparton Recipes" written in black and blue lettering. Below, there is a drawing of three sundaes and one Jell-O dish. At the bottom, there is a purple stamp containing the dealer's name and address. The back cover is a light blue background with the logo and two yellow mums in the center. The front end page contains a drawn colored illustration of a refrigerator stocked with various foods. The inside pages begin with a couple of informational pages describing the "Sparton Refrigerator" and continue with various recipes. The recipes are split into seven sections: Appetizers, Salads and Salad Dressings, Pastries and Rolls, Frozen Desserts, Beverages, Sandwiches, and Miscellaneous. All recipes begin with a list of all the ingredients needed followed by detailed directions on how to prepare the dish. Page twenty eight is made up of the index for all of the recipes in this pamphlet. The back end page contains a black and white photographic illustration of "Sparton Cascades Experimental Kitchen Where All Sparton Recipes Are Tested and Tested."
