The front cover of the pamphlet features the title in red and blue lettering. There is an image of the "Indian Maid" in a birch bark canoe with scenery in the background. The back cover features an image of the "Medicine Man" in a traditional headdress kneeling over a small fire. Watkins Medicine horses and wagon are pictured in the smoke cloud above the fire. The inside pages feature the story of the Indian Maid with images. The front page of the pamphlet features a letter to the reader from the Modern Day Medicine Man--Watkins Man.
