The front cover depicts a woman in a dress raising her glass and sitting on the cap of a tumbler next to the tumbler. There are bubbles, lemon slices, and ice cube floating in the grey background. The title is on the very bottom. The back cover has a West Bend logo in the center and the price at the bottom. The title page has: "Tipple Tips on how to fix 'em" followed by "From connoisseurs, the plain folk, and other authentic sources, we have gathered the following recipes for cocktails, dark secrets, bombshells, organ blossoms ... oh well, drinks to you Trout out your favorite stimulants and heed the following pages!" The inside has various recipes for gin, whiskey, brandy, and rum cocktails and drinks using the Tipple Tumbler. There is a hole punched in the upper left corner with a string in it for hanging the pamphlet.
