Initiative Title

North Lobby Remodel

Initiative Details
The North Lobby area is a hub for student activity in the Main Library.  Located just off the entry and overlooking Beaumont Tower, this space gives students a place to study, a place to relax between classes, and a place to meet with their peers to work on projects.  The remodel of this space will better accommodate the wide variety of seating, lighting and technology needs of our students, and make the space more welcoming with a fireplace, better lighting, and upgraded power and computers.  Special care has been taken to incorporate seating to address a wide range of accessibility needs.
