The User Experience (UX) and Web Services unit seeks to provide a pleasant, positive, and successful experience in using the Libraries’ physical and digital spaces, services, and collections. The UX sub-team leads and collaborates on user research, data collection, and assessment activities to understand and advocate for the needs and experiences of Library users. The Web Services sub-team maintains and improves the Libraries' primary websites.

Volunteer for UX Research

Please use the form to volunteer for UX research at the MSU Libraries. We really appreciate your help in making our physical and digital spaces better. One of our team members will contact you inviting you to our next UX testing activity. Typically we try to do UX testing once a month; based on when this form is submitted you may not hear from us for a few weeks.
