Typescript and drawings mimeographed on coarse brown paper, leaves of text have decorative borders; t.p. and colophon on leaves of blue stock, pink tissue-paper endpapers. The single gathering is tied with blue and pink yarn to brown paper wrappers, which are illustrated with paper collages.
