The front cover begins at the top with the phrase "Hang This Book Up In Your Kitchen" written in black lettering against a white background. Underneath, the title "Complete Instructions for the Assembling, Operating, and Care of your Perfection Oil Cook Stove" is written in white lettering against a blue background. There is a machine punched whole in the upper left hand corner. The back cover is exactly the same as the front except at the bottom, the manufacturer information is stated inside of a white box. The inside pages are split into six different sections including How To Assemble Stove, How To Fill Glass Reservoir, How To Light and Extinguish, How To Different Secure Flame Heights, How To Clean Wicks, and How and When To Rewick Stove. All of these sections entail step-by-step directions plus illustrations. The last five pages are titled "Questions and Answers" and contain fifteen questions and answers for the operation of the stoves. Under question number fifteen, there is a seal of approval from the Good Housekeeping Institute. The back end page is made up of two promotions. The first promotion is for the Perfection Kerosene Water Heaters and the second promotion is for the Perfection "Live Heat" Ovens.
