Course Pack Refund Policy

Printed Course Packs: All sales are finalafter bookstore purchase.

Electronic Course Packs: All sales are final. Once the D2L space containing the electronic course pack has been made available to you, which occurs immediately upon purchase, we cannot process a refund.

Printed Course Packs

Printed course packs can be picked up at either the Spartan Bookstore or Student Book Store. Please check the stores’ websites for pre-ordering instructions and shipping options. If you are unsure which store sells your pack, please check with your professor.

Electronic Course Packs

E-pack purchasing instructions can be found within your D2L course.

Once you have purchased access to the electronic course pack, follow the specific instructions in your confirmation email. Please note that the electronic course pack does not unlock within your main D2L course.

To access and download your purchased electronic course pack, log into D2L and navigate to the Homepage. If a course with the words "electronic course pack" is not in your most recent courses, search for it using your course code. Your e-pack file will be available under the Content tab.

Electronic course packs may be printed for your personal use at your expense.

Tips for Using Your Electronic Course Pack

  • Download the PDF- Take it with you wherever you go without depending on an internet connection.
  • Print your PDF- You may print a copy of your electronic course pack for personal use. Self-service printing is available at the MSU Main Library.
  • D2L Browser- When viewing your PDF in the D2L browser, click the square in the top left corner to reveal bookmarks for easy navigation. Also, try right clicking on links to open them in a new browser.
  • Note Taking Software- Download your PDF to take advantage of virtual note taking software like Notability and Evernote. For more information on notetaking software, check out this LibGuide on virtual notetaking.
