The front side is metallic gold with a red and white gradient picture of two pixies playing with a butterfly. At the top it reads "Yours For Health Hower & Co.; Proprietors Akron Oat Meal Mills." The back side is plain beige with a purple stamp for V.L. Cavanna & Co.
