Hey MSU Students!

Looking for textbooks and other assigned course materials? You might be able to access what you need for free through the library. Search below by instructor or course code - course codes must be entered with a space between the course and code (e.g. acc 321 or PHY 231).

Last year, the MSU Libraries provided over
2,600 textbooks and course materials
for over 1,015 MSU courses.

There are different types of materials and ways they're available. Many textbooks are available electronically, but have different features and downloading/printing restrictions. Some materials may only be available in print for a short loan period.

Medical/PA/Nursing/Vet Med Students: Your textbooks may not appear in the search above. Please visit the appropriate section of our Electronic Medical Ebooks guide, D2L/Syllabus, or contact your subject librarian to find your textbooks.

If you're interested to learn about the programs and ways we're helping make textbook and course materials available and affordable for students, please visit our Textbook Programs page.
