The front panel of this leaflet has colorful illustrations of frozen desserts made with the White Mountain Freezer. The illustrations wrap-around to the back. There is no true title, just small print names of the desserts depicted. The back panel continues the illustrations and small print names, which read "Frozen Cherries" and "Vanilla Ice Cream The Most Popular Recipe." The inside has recipes for Kentucky Cream, Apricot Ice Cream, Walnut Ice Cream, Chocolate Mousse, Lemon Sherbet, Frozen Cherries, and Plum Pudding Ice Cream. Several recipes received the highest award at the Portland Exposition 1905. Note: Leaflet is only the center spread of a missing pamphlet (staple holes visible).
