"The Cookie Jar" is written on a dark cookie jar at the bottom of the panel. The back panel is green, with a recipe for All-Bran Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies and variations. At the bottom it says "For Additional Recipes Write To Home Economics Department Kellogg Company Battle Creek, Michigan Kellogg tested means triple tested. H.E. 90 10-39." The inside unfolds to a three-panel sheet of cookie recipes divided into headings named "Square, Bar and Molded Cookies," "Drop Cookies," "Filled and Rolled Cookies" and "Refrigerator Cookies." Some recipes include Corn Flake Fancies, Ranger Cookies, Krispie Magic Macaroons, and Cape Cod Molasses Cookies. All recipes call for Kellogg's All-Bran, Rice Krispies, or Corn Flakes.
