The back cover is plain with a drawing in the center of a woman smiling and pouring batter into an electric waffle maker.In small print in the lower left it says "H-591." The inside is a collection of recipes prepared by the Home Economics Dept. (Frances Weedman, Manager) of Edison Electric Appliance Co., in Chicago, IL. There are also general operating instructions and lists of menus. Some of the recipes are: Orange Bread, Sponge Cake, Chocolate Brownies, Orange Puff, Date Muffins, Chocolate Waffles and Spice Waffles. There is a recipe index in the back. There is an insert included: a Packing Slip on a thin piece of paper.
