The front panel illustrates the sloppiness of ice delivery with a drawing of the ice man's wet feet and a drawing of the ice man hefting a melting block of ice up to the front of a house. Color scheme of drawings and title is black and green on a white background. The back panel is a wrap-around continuation of the two drawings, one showing the wet footprints left behind by the wet feet, and another showing the back of the wagon holding melting blocks of ice, and blocks that have tumbled on to the ground. In small print it says "Form 127." The inside of this leaflet opens to a heading in green announcing "No More Dirty Ice." Text introduces ISKO Electric Refrigeration. Leaflet top lifts up to reveal a modern housewife standing next to her refrigerator. The heading says "Your Own Cold Storage Plant." More promotional text follows. At the bottom is printed "The ISKO COMPANY 2525 Clybourn Avenue Chicago, Ill."
