The front cover has a picture of a baked ham on a platter. Beneath the ham is written "In This Issue Dextrose in Modern Meat Curing." The back cover is white with a photograph of an ear of yellow corn. Beneath is a drawing of a bag of Cerelose Pure Dextrose Sugar "made by the makers of Karo Syrup, Corn Products Refining Co. New York U.S.A." The inside is a trade periodical with articles about dextrose and companies who use corn-derived products in their manufacturing processes. Some articles are: "Dextrose Helps Double Sales," "Dextrose for Better Cakes," and "Modern Meat Curing - Cerelose invaluable adjunct in aiding present-day methods and improving quality."
