Description
The front cover is brown with black and white print and a lithograph of the Foster Milburn & Co. factory. The back cover says "Burdock Blood Bitters Pocket Memorandum A Useful Book for Every Body." Stamped beneath that: "Presented by Brown & Mayberry, Cortland, N.Y." The inside is a pocket diary calendar with a page for each month from October 1890 through September 1891, as well as a testimonial to the use of Burdock Blood Bitters for a long list of illnesses. Inside pages are blue. There are no page numbers.
