The front cover is a formal portrait of Rose O'Neil's "The JELL-O Girl" in a large white circle with a blue background. The title "JELL-O The Dainty Dessert" is written below the illustration in red and brown lettering. The back cover illustrates six small JELL-O molds and a larger red mold topped with whipped cream in the center.
