- The front cover is in shades of brown with white and brown writing. There is a drawing of children climbing and walking in and out of a giant shoe, and a mother rounding them up. In a square is a message: "Notice to Mothers. Be sure to read page 3. It tells about a new type of radio program especially planned to help you by entertaining the children at one of the busiest times of your day." At the very bottom it says "Kellogg's." The back cover has six cartoon drawings of well-known nursery rhymes. The inside is a collection of nursery rhymes with pictures to color, and promotional text for Kellogg's Singing Lady radio show. On the inside front cover is a printing of "Kellogg's Supper Song," copyright 1931. There are no page numbers.
