The front cover of this pamphlet has a drawing in shades of blue of two colonial era women whispering as one holds a candle to light the dark space where they are standing. The title is in white lettering on the bottom. The back cover is white with blue line drawings of a glass, barley sheaf and hops vines surrounding a bottle of Pabst Malt Extract. A seal at the upper left says "Purity Age Strength" with a letter "B" in the center (for Phillip Best Brewing Co., former name of Pabst Brewing Co.). Beneath the bottle in tiny leters is written "King, Fowle & Co. Eng., Milwaukee," (the litho printers). The inside is a collection of testimonials, health advice and promotional text for Pabst Malt Extract, as well as riddles, humor, and trivia.
