The front cover features a young girl with a napkin at her neck and two sherbets of vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and cherry are in front of her. There are flowers and vanilla wafers on either side of the sherbet glasses. The back cover states, in red, "JELL-O Ice Cream Powder Makes Delicious Puddings. 10 cents A Package. Do not mistake JELL-O Ice Cream Powder for JELL-O." The back includes two illustrations of Orange Pudding and Neapolitan Ice Cream. The inside pages are dedicated to various recipes that utilize Jell-o Cream Powder in them. All recipe names are written in red lettering and continue with step-by-step directions on how to prepare the dish written in blue lettering. The recipes are split into categories including Ice Cream, Pudding, Souffles, Sherbets and Ices. At the centerfold, there are various colored illustrations of desserts. The last inside page is an insert that contains an illustration of orange JELL-O on a platter with the heading "JELL-O America's Most Famous Dessert" written in red and black lettering on the front. The back of the insert is made up of two color illustrations of pink JELL-O desserts.
